It all started when…

I was a young guy and noticed some entrepreneurial inklings with the other kids in my neighborhood. I rallied them to build and operate a BMX track as a business enterprise. I organized harvesting fruit across backyards in the neighborhood, and selling it at the street corner. I started other ventures where the common theme was finding capable people, picking an idea, making a plan, and then encouraging the team to bring the best out of them.

Now I do this for work! I am a coach, working primarily with entrepreneurs and helping them optimize and grow their business. I also work with young people, having had a life long passion for mentoring youth.

I studied mechanical engineering at Bucknell and started my career at Deloitte Financial Advisory where I worked on turnaround and financial performance improvement projects for large commercial and government clients. I have brought several companies to market, creating their sales strategy and bringing in their first business clients. I was a top sales performer at Quid, driving some of the largest deals at the company.

Outside of work, I love to be in the water, ideally surfing. I always appreciate a creative workout, and enjoy meeting people that way in my community in Austin, TX. I am passionate about helping those experiencing homelessness, and other disadvantaged communities.
